2002 DongGuan factory, 2010 Volitation Technology Co., Ltd (HK Company)，2014 Shenzhen shi ChenFei Mould Industry Co., Ltd (Shenzhen Company)，2022 update the DonGuan factory, 2024 with new name of ChenFei plastic technology (DongGuan) Co., Ltd (DongGuan Factory).
Factory Location at 263-101, QingFeng Road, QingXi Town, DongGuan, GuandDong, China, 523651 , about 1,300 square meter.
About 25 professional and technical personnel in our team, are more than ten years of relevant work experience of professional and technical personnel, the current composition of the factory personnel: mold engineer, mold designer, CNC programming engineer, CNC machine operator, fitter master, injection molding machine master, EDM operator, injection molding machine operator, purchase, clerk, sales etc.
About 90% to USA and Europe, 10% in China(some of customer, the other for production in our side).
The big size is about 1600x1100 mm and the weight is about 10 T.
Offers the full spectrum of services including:
1. Plastic mold and part production(Include Electrical products, automotive mold, automation products, security cameras, industrial products, etc.)
2 . Mold design, part design and Mold flow etc.
